Job Summary:

We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Operators to join our team on a remote work-from-home basis. This role involves managing data entry tasks, updating our online platform with accurate information, and supporting the smooth operation of our e-commerce website.

Key Responsibilities:

• Entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data across various platforms, including our website and internal systems.

• Performing routine data checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

• Typing and compiling information from various sources, including invoices, customer orders, and product catalogues.

• Assisting with data processing tasks related to our e-commerce operations, such as product listings, pricing updates, and inventory management.

• Conducting internet research to verify and gather information relevant to our business needs.

• Communicating with team members and supervisors to report any discrepancies or issues with data entry.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of Excel: Ability to use functions, filters, and perform basic data manipulation tasks.

• Typing skills: Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks.

• Familiarity with internet shopping websites: Understanding of e-commerce platforms, online shopping processes, and product listings.

• Attention to detail: Ability to spot errors and ensure data integrity.

• Good internet connection and a personal computer/laptop: Reliable technology to perform work tasks efficiently from home.
