Job Role:

As a Sales Representative (SR) at RDMall, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in the retail sector by promoting and selling our range of products. You will visit retail stores including Kirana stores, general stores, supermarkets, departmental stores, and medical stores within your assigned territory. The SR role is designed to cater to both General Trade and Modern Trade markets.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing:

  • Visit retail shops, demonstrate product samples, and present catalogues to potential clients.
  • Take orders from retailers and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Explain the advantages of stocking RDMall products, highlighting product uniqueness and profitability.
  • Guide retailers on how to place orders through our website/app and onboard them to the B2B category.

Account Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new retail partners.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.

Corporate Sales:

  • Identify and reach out to corporate clients, especially companies with pantry or kitchen needs, to pitch relevant products.

Market Intelligence:

  • Gather feedback from retailers and corporates, and provide insights to the company for product and service improvement.


Qualifications & Experience:

Experience:

  • Freshers: Starting salary of Rs. 12,000/month.
  • Experienced Candidates: Salary up to Rs. 25,000/month based on experience.
  • Education: Minimum High School/Equivalent; Graduates preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of retail operations.
  • Ability to negotiate and close sales effectively.
