    Certified Organic Natural Brown/ Demerara Sugar by Dhampur Green is made from organic sugarcane and has complete farm to fork organic traceability. It’s delicious, naturally-brown golden granulated crystals have an old-fashioned sugarcane taste, are not bleached, and has a light, delicate flavour without the heavy molasses notes of darker brown sugars. It does not have any cancer-causing and environmentally damaging pesticides that may be otherwise present in conventionally grown sugarcane. Use it anywhere you would use regular sugar. It is great for cooking, baking and sweetening your coffee or tea. Bake cakes with it or sprinkle on your cereals, make tea with it or add to your morning cup of tea/ coffee- use it where ever you want to replace white refined table sugar. Important practical notes- Brown sugars naturally leach colour when dissolved in water, since the crystals contain a thin layer of the remaining molasses. Brown Sugars may harden if the jar is left open. Just add a few apple wedges or a slice of bread, seal it, and let it sit overnight, or until the sugar softens.
